Intro of Civil Craft Structures

Dear respective readers, welcome to my blog called Civil Craft Structures. In this niche blog, I’m interested to share from my point of view in terms of knowledge and experience. I’m also dedicating this blog to civilization awesome builders in the field of Civil Engineering and Construction. But before we go any further, allow me to brief on the title as introduction of this blog.

Civil

In general it refers to civil people, the citizen of a country. An earliest territory occupied by a group of people, then comes the earliest civilization with a leader that possessed the power to govern them. With the advancement of technology, more roles developed to find a better solution of quality life.

Civil engineering, considered as one of the earliest human profession on our planet as it is the result of an ancient structures that still stand against time until today. This is the genuine proof of the earliest human achievement through man-made structures. Civil Engineers are the forefront of technology for mankind.

Craft

In general it refers to the skilled practice of a practical occupation. The civil engineers acted as the craftsman of its design and ensuring the workmanship of its creation throughout construction period.

Man-made structures crafted from various types of construction material. Ancient times usually used stones, woods, etc. In modern days, the commonly and widely used materials are cement, aggregate, and sand.

Structures

In general it refers to a thing constructed varied from small to complex construction or entity. Basically the structure consist series of small or large composition formed together as one unit.

Civil engineered structures are mainly buildings, bridges, dams, airports, harbors, as well as roads, railroads, and tunnels. Nowadays, the engineers will not only limit themselves to the needs of the people but more likely as an artist of its creativity.
